I think they are kind of work for higher organizations, where there's certain people in those countries that have a lot of money and an idea about how things should be run. So i think epstein, whether it was in televieve or in london or in manhattan, was having conversations with these ewhose loyalty is really not to any particular country, but it's to their own interests.
