Two days after his death, Jackie walked behind her husband's coffin. Despite warnings and frankly pleading from the Secret Service, Lyndon Baines Johnson followed her. There was a riderless horse as well with boots facing backwards in the stirrups. It's supposed to represent the departed man looking back at his men for the last time.
