Bhut, this picture shows is something that was pretty common. This is the story of poland. Now, i know some of you have heardme a lot about poland,. But what happened in the 17 eighties, 17 nineties, is that poland's neighbors, of course, began slowly gobbling away at poland. And why? Because poland could not keep internal, internal order. They were having trouble keeping internal order. Eventually, by the way, the continental congress in this situation, got to ponies up a little money, and a few states kind of help out. Why? Because it couldn't guarantee its own sovereignty. Nobody owes a country a living
