I've actually followed since we met at WDS, I've kind of followed you. It's again, a Canadian following a Canadian. But let's pretend that this was a smart strategic plan from the very start. The bullet that seemed to be most interesting to us was around these practical coaching skills. For me, coaching is just a really powerful foundational skill. So it's a skill and capacity that I believe in and believe is important. Secondly, there's a market for it. So I can earn a living by doing that. And thirdly, we do it differently and we would say better than other people.
