Nick tat was in the thirties, yad. This huge battle over the foundation of ther h s actually took place when somebody actually sat down and said, we are going to found e h s. There weren't many reports like that, wat certainly nothing i can think of, pre beverage. The other people that joe public would talked to would be the doctors. And there was a lot of opposition from the medical profession to a state organized service - almosta scaremongering going on.
