Pinocchio - Part Two

"I think everything you're just saying about Japetto is right on point," says director Guillermo del Toro. "There's so much to talk about with the coming online of this character that we're, you know, so eager to talk about" Jiminy cricket represents what Pinocchio represents at one point in his life and how he deals with it. The film will be broken up into two or three parts as part of a larger story arc involving all four main characters.
