The Importance of Prioritization
A customer can only handle so many new features at certain velocity and if you give them 20 things they're going to remember to me exactly and probably not. The prioritization gets lost what I like about hey here's what I can keep in my brain. How front and clear pricing was the last exactly, that also parallels what a customer can keep in their brain. And we just try to be incredibly simple Steve Jobs had a saying like you should marketing his education you speak to the customer the way you talk to an eight year old not down to them.
