The Great Stagnation Hypothesis

The great stagnation hypothesis is the idea that technological and industrial progress has slowed down. The rateof o such progress in the last 50 years or so, since about 19 70, was just not as fast as we saw in,. say, the late nineteenth and early twentieth century. In a nutshell, what changed my mind was just learning the whole history of progress and kind of starting to map it out. But literally, it was the day i first thought, oh, maybe there's something stagnation thing.
