How to Protect Yourself From Epilepsy

We all know that strobing effects can cause epileptic seizures in some people. Those of us who make visual mass media products have to help protect people with epilepsy. We have to not put strobe effects into our videos, or if we do, we have to warn people that it's coming so they can look away or watch something else. If there's a topic that you think people have a legitimate right to discuss, but it really upsets you to hear about it, then I think that that's mainly a you problem.
