There's a lot of lifts that are done with like asy form, especially when it comes like high school athletics. Sometimes these lifts get really messy, and it's tough to teach people how to do them. Some coaches don't even bother to try to have the guy a train with his feet straight or i to keep his heels on the ground because he doesn't have the mobility for this exercise.
