The real heart of this is, like, who owns the rights to an nft? There was another situation recently where that came into question. Theres uga labs, which is the creator of the board apes, bought another nft collection called crypto punks. And how they do that will be interesting to see. We've seen it done by some where they grant commercial rights up to a hundred thousand dollars,. How do you enforce that? It's just a lot of questions, i think, when it comes to nfts and property.
