If your goal is purely muscle growth or strength development, I would say don't do cardio. It's it has potential negatives and not much of a positive. The crucial distinction in my mind is that you're not doing the cardio for endurance training adaptations, you're doing it for energy expenditure. And that means that you can also get away with like lots of walking, a high step count, wearing a weighted vest,. maybe even, and doing very frequent kind of short cardio sessions.
