The Future of Global Search Funds
The US is still probably the most suited geography for a traditional search fund. In Europe, obviously, you reach the country borders and then you have different legal systems. And I think that's also something that is underestimated of searches in Europe. They think they can buy a business and internationalize. That's actually much more difficult with all these cultural and language.
