Why I'm Going Back to Faculty
I believe in rotational leadership. I like to take people out of positions there comfortably after four years and put them somewhere else. If you were not wanting to be dean, I wouldn't step down right now. But that's what I would do. There's no question in my mind. My entrepreneurial spirit has been important during this phase. You bring things that I don't have that we need. And I think it's time for a change. So thank you for making it a reality.
