The Future of NFTs

Any NFT that you have in your wallet can be used as this. The way I see this going is basically everything gets tokenized in the future. Our homes will be tokenized and by our home, what I mean is like the ownership contract for the home. Think of it like an app store almost for your car. And so if you have all these subscriptions in these memberships, well, it'd be really weird to sell your car and then also still have those memberships paying for them or not give those to the other person.
