Mindfulness Is Like a Sense

In meditative traditions, the question par excellence is who am i? It's like taking a can opener to your head and opening it up. We're attending to experience through our eyes, our ears, our nose,. Our mouth, our capacity for touch. And we've all had this experience of being hugged by somebody who's doing it mechanically. You're aware of that, but they're not aware of it. So when you cultivate mindfulness, which is a synonym for mindfulness, then all of a sudden you no longer have to be trapped in it. Try not to live ritteni on what you were it was ant ixperience.
