The Importance of Quality in Call Transcripts
A lot of what we do is really qualitative. We're looking at the statements and just asking ourselves, does this make sense? Could this really be true? Because if that's the case, then yeah, I mean it's a good chance it's a problematic company. Looking at what companies refuse to answer, management's refused to answer is very instructive because that very well could be where one of the soft spots is.
