The Difference Between a Use-by Date and an Expiration Date
It's not a law that companies in the US have to put an expiration date on a cosmetic. In the EU, however, they do have to put expiration dates on her. So if you buy a product and then you just leave it in your cabinet unopened for five years and then you open it, it's still going to be good for the PAO. That's why I think it's so confusing.
