Is There a Difference Between Understanding and Thinking?

It sounds like you're describing sort of feeling towards understanding as opposed to like thinking towards understanding. I mean, very much this sort of intuitive approach where you don't necessarily understand why things are improving. But yeah, you just keep trying things without that sort of details. You can't go from the Romans steam engine to a modern Tesla without having sort of scientific explanation somewhere in between. And in some sense, we're trying to do that on the AI side without thatsort of detailed understanding in between time.
