The best teams are multidisciplinary. And what I'm a big advocate for is for social workers to better understand the options in terms of training. There's some technical skills you might want to take up, but there's a whole lot of other ethical inclusion of nature and celebration of nature that doesn't require a lot of technical skills. That's a question that I get asked, you know, quite a bit from social work students. So I really want to just say that it is very broad as well.
