Rishi Kesh Hairway: A Creative Director and Dropbox Power User

Rishi Kesh Hairway has interviewed hundreds of musicians and artists about creativity for his popular podcast Song Exploder. He defines creativity in a way that I love, like breathing in and out. Adam Nielsen works at a TV and film studio called Colitis Scope Pictures. His job is to figure out what their vision is and then translate that into a language other creatives understand.
