Gainsite's customer success identified upsells and cross cells typically had like a 60% shorter lead time and about a two X higher close rate. 49% of the time where CS has got responsibility to help identify those expansion opportunities. 63% of the participants said they use Customer Success Plans, 62% are using QBRs or quarterly business reviews. Only 23% were tracking what we call verified outcomes or ROI measurement.
