How to Take Long Form Notes in Your Bible

I like to make sure there's room in my Bible to continue taking notes for years to come. I have this plan to keep each of my Bibles for 10 years and then give one of them to each of my kids. We often read our Bibles asking, what does it say about me? How should I act to am I? But if the Bible is a book about God, we're here to understand who He is and therefore understand who we are. So we start with Him. The last step is to pray. Ask God to open your eyes to His Word, how to live in light of it each day.
