What's the Most Common Lazy Behavior?

For me, I hear that through my value of harmony as when I do the, I call it the flaky yes. It's like, I just don't want to disappoint you right now by saying no. And then I know that I'm going to make us both feel weird later when I flake out. So for the sake of harmony, it's better to just have that conflict in the moment and not say no at all.
