Is There a Better Way to Lead?
As a seven year old boy, i felt trusted. And didn't want to let him down. I was inspired by it and took responsibility beyond my years without being compelled or forced to do it. Took me while, but i did. It became an imprint of of a better way to lead. That's the idea, green and clean. If it can work with a 7 year old, it could work with a 27 year older, a forty seven year old, or even a 67 year old.
