The Tea Tax in the Colonies

In 17 73, a merchant ship called the dartmouth arrived in boston. It was carrying 90 thousand pounds of tea from the east india company. The sons of liberty were not going to let the tea off the ship. Under no circumstances was the dartmouth to do anything but turn around and take the tea back to britain. But it appears that that story is a little too neat and tidy.
