Bob Greene tweeted out a preview of one of the slides of his talk. Adam had posted a couple different solutions, specifically with respect to creating that identity matrix. He used an sequence that was basically Iota and then taking that Iota sequence, reversing it, and then taking the minimum of those two sequences. When you think about that when you do an outer products equal on that, you get your X matrix. It is a cool exercise to work through.
