The Wrong Problem
In 1971, Horst Rital came up with the phrase 'the wicked problem' He said that there exist problems that cannot yield to a single process due to their inherent complexity. Horsett: There have been many instances where we've seen problem solving methodologies used for evil. I don't believe that there's a stretch involved in saying that problem solving methods can be used for good as well as evil.
