A lot of players in the space have had really bad returns. That has actually turned off a lot of, and the sector with commodity prices going up and down. The second thing is clearly ESG pressure. We probably first saw that four or five years ago. And I'd say there's, you know, we were getting questions when Biden won. How do you make investments today? Is there any terminal value of these assets?
