Is There a Need for Midwives?

Leaf at its root is the fact that there are not enough midwives going into the system, and too many leaving it. We have apparently three point seven deaths per thousand births, which is really quite high by comparison with countries like germany and norway and things. I think if everyone in population had to give birth, probably we'd be in a slightly different position. With the care that's been given to these r mothers, i mean, i think that has to be viewed as at least partially fair.
