The Importance of Building Relationships

Steph Curry is still one of the two best players in the world. You have a better chance of winning the title with him as your best player than pretty much anyone. If you have a piece that is worth building around their opinion, it matters. The most important thing and I learned this when I was working at the NBA Players Association: It's building relationships.
