What Is Katsu?

Katsu developed blood flow restriction in the late 50s, early 60s. He was also a bodybuilder and used it in his own training with great results. It wasn't until 2010 through 2012 where it started really coming to the US. B-Strong bands employ a semi-elastic application of BFR.
