Using Word to Communicate Your Ideas
The first thing I like to do is think about who the audience will be. And depending if you're talking to a more technical team, you might need something that allows you to either drop in snippets of code or more pictures and charts. If you're trying to showcase your vision for a project then you might need to put videos and want to choose something that supports that. The goal of this is to have a living document where engineering, design, data science and everyone can reference as a source of truth. So there's definitely going to be a lot of text and feedback that goes into this.
