Is Racism a Part of the Globalization of Education?
Racialization at its core is shaped by social forces that have ascribed a racial character to systems like education, as Janelle was talking about earlier. So any processes of categorizing, ranking, marginalizing are imbued with racialized logics, right? And so I think what we're calling for as many other scholars in our field is to make visible where those racialed logics exist and how they operate.
