There is still a large portion of the web that runs on WordPress or some other page builder that simply just throws the JavaScript tags into there. Most people are not going to figure out how to do it all by themselves and load them in. It's just far too complicated. We see that with everything in performance world as this stuff only starts to get better as when tools make it significantly easier for us. Totally.
