Do Genes Transcribe Together or Not Together?

All of these methods are fitting in from different angles. They all take different approaches with based on different principles. The challenge for the field is really to accept that it is immensely diverse, the types of structures they form. And that each of us tries to boil it down to whatever is our favorite mechanism.
