The European Court of Human Rights upheld a prosecution of a local councillor for failure to delete comments posted by third parties on his Facebook wall. So we're going to be in this fantastic situation, I guess, where in France, you could be prosecuted as a politician for failure todelete something on your posts. Whereas we have these cases going to the Supreme Court this next term about whether politicians can't delete things on their posts because it's a limited purpose public forum. And just a limit of all of the metaphors to physical political spaces are falling apart, right?
