Is This a Conspiracy to Usher in a Global, Socialist, Totalitarian State?

There are aspects of the great reset that could lead to greater, to a greater degree of socialism in the world economy. But i don't have evidence that theyre want n to set up a global totalitarian state or world order. They've been explicit about the fact that they see an opportunity in the current time of instability, and they want to exploit it.
