Is Kawhi Leonard a One of a Kind?

Kawhi Leonard is a one-of-one player, but that doesn't mean he won't turn into a star. The Orlando Magic are trying to develop Paolo Banquero and Kate Cunningham in the same way as they did Trey Young. They're not playing unsupervised; there's a coaching staff who can break it down for them after practice. But I feel like we can't expect all these players to always turn into superstars.
