Emmanuelsson: I'm a bit sad about the way economics has gotten so mathematical and even finance, you know, it's gotten much more mathematical than physics in a way. And then the counter example to that is behavioral economics; many of the articles are about whether the stock markets do worse the day after they lose a game in the world cup. Yeah, it's ridiculous. Not making these things up, or CEOs, gender studies, or small market anomalies,. They sort of mildly interesting, but you get the feeling that they don't amount to a whole discipline in the way that classical economics did, or even efficient markets.
