Hotel Chocolat - The Latest in a Long Line

Hotel Chocolat put out preliminary results for June 2022 rather late you know shouldn't take five months to produce the full year accounts so as I've commented it suggests the accounts department operates at a leisurely pace but there were no surprises in the figures they were in line. The balance sheet is okay although it's running very very hot with high inventories so I think that does introduce some risk of future write downs which wouldn't surprise me given that we know that the accounting and the risk control of Hotel Chocolat is poor.
