How to Trade Low Time Frame Charts

When you first started trading, what were you doing on the PC? Were you trying to trade one minute charts live or something else? Well, I was definitely just trading, like, demo accounts and a live account. And how many hours a day? Probably spending out the charts, like maybe three hours a day. Like, I'd wake up and try and trade the Aussie open before, and then, you know, I'd trade London in the evening over here from in Australia.
