Allison is an Educational Technology Coach. She struggled with her weight in high school and tried various diets and diet pills. After college, two pregnancies, and a bout with depression, Allison reached her highest weight. 

In 2019, Allison heard about IF and Delay, Don’t Deny from a co-worker and began her IF lifestyle. Allison has not yet lost the weight she had hoped to lose, but she feels her best. Both Allison’s knee pain and plantar fasciitis are gone and her sleep has improved. 

In June of 2023, a close friend mentioned her desire to lose weight with IF. She and Allison decided to help one another on their IF journey. 

Allison’s advice: Hunger is not an emergency. Trust your body. Don’t overthink IF.
