How to Make a Decision in a Distress Date

When we do an investment or acquisition, especially in the distress date, we're really focused on either 90 day or 180 day roadmap. And I think that we've done quite a bit with the stress deals, honestly, not on purpose. We just kind of fell into it. It's an addiction at this point. But that is our kind of model, certainly. That's cool. Where do you guys see the most opportunity right now? I mean, and maybe this kind of ties into, I'm guessing that ties into your investment thesis. Or if they're separate, maybe address each one individually but where do you see the most Opportunity? Yes, sir.
