The Power of Prayer

The power of prayer is not only for moses in the desert, or passionate reformers with stories from hundreds of years ago. Do you notice whose prayer god is responding to? It was the unnamed, faceless hebrew slaves whispering prayers under their breath while they're baking bricks and building some one else's empire. The greatest testament t all this prayer stuff, it's not the life of moses, another man from another world. It's our lives. It's what god is doing here and now among us.
