Is There a Connection Between Humor and the Feeling of Humor?

Theory of humour could simultaneously be partially correct in explaining different types of laughter. We can't rule out that laughter could have different biological causes converging on the same external behavior. Some explanations don't really seem like they would cover certain types of humor, like play signalling. There are plenty of cases where there are truly harmful things and people find them funny.
