What Is Mould and Where Does It Come From?

Mould is kind of like bacteria. It's on us, around us and in us all the time but most of it is completely harmless. But some moulds can trigeralurgic reactions, cause respiratory problems or produce micho toxins, which are poisonous. And given that the fuzzy mould is usually just the upper portion of a deep root network, it's generally better to throw the food out rather than cut the mould off. After all, you need mould to make fragrant cheeses like gorgonzola, rocofort and blue cheese.
