As long as your calories are the same, it really doesn't matter to be honest with you. You can start playing with different ways on how you intake your carbohydrates. If you want to lower fat, raise carbs or vice versa, go ahead and play with that. The numbers I gave you was kind of a decent starting point. So 220 grams of protein, 200 grams of carbs, about 90 grams of fat. That'll keep you at about 2,500 calories.
