I think curiosity, passion and empathy are the three requirements for great UX designers. If you weren't doing this for a living, what would be your second career choice? I'm 100% comedy writing. Comedy writing was kind of my passion growing up. In terms of like specific people, books on the lean sort of movement are kind of really what have influenced me the most.
