Michael: I'm wondering just how do the advisors make sure they're up to speed on each new client as they're walking into each meeting like how does this meeting prep process work yeah that's a great question Michael we haven't had a problem with that because we've made sure that copious notes are taken. We generally have about half hour prep time maybe a little bit longer maybe 10 or 15 minutes it depends on the complex in a client situation.
